Shipping and Returns
All non-custom jewelry orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 days of purchase, Monday - Saturday. All custom items are shipped within 7-10 days of purchase, Monday - Saturday.
Shirts and other accessories can take 4-7 business days to process, package and ship. Shipping of these items can then take 2-5 business days. Once your package has been shipped you will receive an email shipping confirmation with your tracking information included.
If you need make an adjustment, please get in touch with us right away via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). We will do our absolute best to accommodate your requests.
We offer Priority Mail Shipping in the United States and internationally. If you would like further information about international shipping to your country please email us at email@example.com.
All domestic and international rates vary and are calculated at checkout.
- Orders placed after 9am PST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
- We're not responsible for USPS or UPS shipping delays.
- Customs fees, VAT taxes, GST taxes, and duties are the customer's responsibility.
Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
Sale items and/or items purchased using a discount code or link are Final Sale and not refundable or exchangeable.
We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the regular priced product. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
- without showing signs of use or damage in any way
- within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (after 30 days no returns are allowed)
- must not be a special order or a custom order
- unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 30 days noted in that item's particular item description.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
