COVID-19 Response & Delays
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect us all around the globe, we wanted to give you, our loyal customers, an update on the measures we are taking to keep you and our team safe during these uncertain times.
We are still open and shipping orders. Please be advised we are experiencing delays in order processing time on specific items due to the impacts of COVID-19.
How We Are Handling COVID-19
Thankfully we already work primarily from home as a small business team. On March 13th, we started extreme social distancing and self-isolation. We also are making sure each item fulfilled by us is done so in a clean, disinfected environment.
Order Processing Delays
Our fulfillment times on some t-shirts and sweatshirts have been extended to 12-23 business days. Due to an increase in online orders and our fulfillment center working at a reduced capacity, production is taking longer than usual. We are taking extra measures to keep our fulfillment teams safe by staggering shifts, maintaining a 6-foot distance between each station, and by distributing PPE to our teams. We are also continuing to follow guidelines from the CDC, WHO, and local governments to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Out of Stock Items
We are working hard to get your favorite items restocked as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, sourcing some of the supplies needed to replenish the items we hand-make is taking longer than usual. Please check back periodically to see if your item has been restocked.
As this situation continues to develop, we will do our best to keep everyone informed.
